Who is Kayla?
With over a decade of experience in Human Resources and a Masters degree from the University of San Francisco in Organization Development, I bring a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to lead The HR Collective. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with organizations of all sizes, from startups to established companies, across diverse industries. My experience spans the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, organizational development, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR systems management.
What sets me apart is my adaptable approach, which allows me to balance the tactical with the strategic to meet the unique needs of each organization. As a senior leader, I’ve successfully built and scaled HR departments, guided companies through growth and change, and developed initiatives that foster positive, high-performing workplaces. My focus has always been on driving business outcomes through effective people strategies and data-driven decision-making.
